Jerry has been a resident of Tucson, Arizona since 1970. An MBA graduate of Indiana University in 1966, he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the both the states of Arizona and Indiana. In the early 70’s, Mr. Bitner was an audit manager with Arthur Young & Co., a Big Eight accounting firm at that time. After his move to Arizona, he left the national firm environment, joined 3 other successful CPAs and developed the largest local practice in Tucson. Following a merger with Cooper’s and Lybrand, another National firm, Jerry remained as a partner for several years.

Again in 1986, Jerry decided to leave the large national firm environment to become one of Southern Arizona’s leading independent CPA’s. His tax and accounting experience ranges from individual to corporate accounts, community health centers, manufacturing, retail operations, crisis centers, homeowner’s associations, agriculture, and other not-for-profit organizations. Gerald R. Bitner has been a long-standing member and former officer of the Arizona State Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Paul has been a resident of Tucson, Arizona since 1990. He is originally from Shelton, Connecticut where most of his family still resides. Paul graduated from the University of Arizona in 1995 with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He has been working with Gerald R. Bitner, CPA since 1993.

Paul’s tax and accounting experiences range from private individuals, community health centers, manufacturing, retail, crisis centers, homeowners’ associations, real estate professionals and to other not-for profit organizations. He is also experienced in planning and implementing IT networks, servers, workstations, software applications, database structuring and reporting. Paul is also a qualified CPA Peer Reviewer.
